Flexor digitorum (finger flexors)

The set of muscles that curl the fingers. Pretty important in the drawing hand, but hopefully relaxed in the bow hand (unless you hold too tight!). The muscle is well up the forearm; it operates the fingers through tendons that pass over the wrist and through the palm of the hand.
